# Зміна «Стандартизованої схеми» на «Індивідуалізовану схему» на етапі інтенсивної фази  (додавання нового препарату з припиненням препаратів)

Далі заповнити препарати з нової індивідуалізованої схеми.: </span>

- <span style="font-size: 13.999999999999998pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">в таблиці «Призначення ТБ» необхідно заповнити МНН з нової схеми лікування ТБ;</span>
- <span style="font-size: 13.999999999999998pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">поле «Комбінація абревіатур» заповнилось комбінацією з нової схеми лікування ТБ.
