# Зміна «Стандартизованої схеми» на «Індивідуалізовану схему» на етапі фази продовження (з припиненням препаратів )

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Заповнити поля «Суть зміни» - «Зміна схеми», обрати новий Висновок ЦЛКК, «Вид схеми ТБ» - «Індивідуалізована схема», з випадного списку обрати конкретні абревіатури нової схеми лікування ТБ:</span>
