# Направлення пацієнта eHealth

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Обов’язковою умовою для створення електронного направлення є створена<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>консультація в стані “Завершена”. </span>

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Для створення електронного направлення пацієнта в системі eHealth перейти в “Направлення пацієнта eHealth” та натиснути кнопку "Створити".</span>

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">У відкритому вікні необхідно заповнити поля “Категорія”, “Код послуги\\групи послуг”, а також, за необхідності, інші доступні поля та натиснути кнопку "Зареєструвати в системі eHealth".</span><span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

Консультація в стані "Завершена</span><span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">" </span>
> 
> <span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">2. Виконана авторизація спеціаліста</span>
> 
> <span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">3. Статус реєстрації спеціаліста в ЕСОЗ "Активний"</span>

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Далі необхідно підписати направлення за допомогою ЕЦП.</span>

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">У випадку вдалої реєстрації направлення з’являться поля “Термін дії“, “Публічний номер”, який прийде пацієнту на його номер телефону в вигляді СМС. </span>

<span lang="ru" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">У разі <span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);">**допущення помилки**</span> при створенні направлення є можливість зробити позначку, натиснувши на кнопку "Позначити направлення, як помилково внесене". Також за допомогою кнопки "Відкликати направлення" можна відкликати дане направлення, якщо в ньому більше немає необхідності.</span>
