# Як коректно заповнити поле «Адреса проживання» пацієнта?

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**УВАГА!**<span style="mso-ansi-language: UK;"> У відповідності до вимог реєстру «Аналітичні дані за випадками ТБ» колонки реєстру **«Область реєстрації»** та **«Район реєстрації»** заповнюються, якщо дата випадку належить періоду проживання. </span></span>

  
<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">При додаванні адреси проживання пацієнта значення **«Дата початку проживання»** автоматично проставляється датою додавання адреси. Наприклад, адресу проживання додано 15.03.2023, відповідно, колонки аналітичних даних **«Область реєстрації»** та **«Район реєстрації»** будуть заповнені якщо **«Дата реєстрації випадку»**<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>більше або дорівнює 15.03.2023, якщо **«Дата реєстрації випадку»** менше за 15.03.2023 дані колонки будуть пусті.**<u> </u>**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Якщо в реєстрі «Аналітичні дані за випадками ТБ» колонки реєстру **«Область реєстрації»** та **«Район реєстрації»** <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>пусті, то є дві основних причини, через які це відбувається:</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><u><span style="mso-ansi-language: UK;">Причина №1:</span></u><span style="mso-ansi-language: UK;"> У пацієнта відсутня адреса проживання.</span></span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><u><span style="mso-ansi-language: UK;">Причина №2:</span></u><span style="mso-ansi-language: UK;"> У пацієнта додано адресу проживання, але «Дата початку проживання» більша за «Дата реєстрації випадку».</span></span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>**Виправлення причини №1**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Для додавання адреси з коректним значенням «Дата початку проживання» в адресі проживання пацієнта необхідно:</span>

# (Архів) Пацієнт лікувався в іншому закладі, як побачити/створити план лікування ТБ?

Якщо пацієнт лікувався в іншому закладі, то необхідно отримати доступ до його картки (ця дія виконується одноразово, доступ до картки залишається назавжди і не анулюється при переході пацієнта в інший ЗОЗ).

**Будь ласка, обов'язково, додайте нову адресу пацієнту та зазначте її як актуальну, інакше в аналітиці пацієнт продовжить відображатись за минулою областю!**

Для того щоб **побачити** ПЛ пацієнта:

- створіть **амбулаторну картку** (якщо цього не було зроблено раніше)
- створіть **консультацію** датою пізніше ніж останній висновок ЦЛКК
- зайдіть в **план лікування** під створеною консультацією, де буде відображена остання версія ПЛ

Якщо попередній заклад **завершив** ПЛ з причини “Переведення до іншого закладу”, то Ви можете створити власний. Для цього:

- створіть новий **висновок ЦЛКК** під актуальним випадком ТБ
- створіть **амбулаторну картку** (якщо цього не було зроблено раніше)
- створіть **консультацію** з датою початку лікування в Вашому ЗОЗ
- створіть **ПЛ** як зазвичай

# (Архів) Як додати чи відмінити препарат до схеми лікування по ТБ?

# В картці пацієнта є зайві випадки ТБ, що з цим робити?

Якщо в картці пацієнта є кілька однакових випадків ТБ, то можна видалити імпортовані з eTB-manager, для цього:

- **напишіть** на пошту технічної підтримки <support.isssd@phc.org.ua> номери імпортованих випадків та очікуйте на видалення

# Стало відомо, що у пацієнта є ще одна картка в ІС СЗХ, як діяти?

**Якщо у пацієнта 2 картки в ІС СЗХ і в одній з них тільки імпортовані випадки ТБ, то:**

- **перенесіть** усі необхідні дані в актуальну картку
- **додайте** до прізвища пацієнта “Видалити”, наприклад, “Видалити Петренко”
- **подайте** запит на видалення випадків за [інструкцією ](https://knowledge.phc.org.ua/books/ftiziatriya/page/v-kartci-pacijenta-je-zaivi-vipadki-tb-shho-z-cim-robiti)
- якщо в імпортованій картці введений актуальний документ і в іншу картку не вдається його внести, то
- на дублі **змініть** персональні дані, оберіть тип документу “Import”, та внесіть будь-який складний номер
- **напишіть** нам на пошту <support.isssd@phc.org.ua> чи зателефонуйте за номером +380 800 332 747 для того, щоб очистити кеш картки
- після очищення кешу внесіть паспортні дані в актуальну картку


Якщо в обох картках міститься важлива інформація, то дану ситуацію необхідно вирішувати з фахівцем технічної підтримки.

# Фіксація побічних  реакцій при лікуванні випадків ТБ

При внесенні побічної реакції доступний множинний вибір з випадаючого списку.

 2)  **Побічні реакції особливого інтересу** – колонка заповнюється даними, які були обрані в чек-боксі (див. мал. вище)

# Як правильно додати в призначення Бедаквілін з частотою прийому 3 рази на 7 днів?

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Розглянемо ситуацію, в якій пацієнту необхідно призначити Бедаквілін 1 раз в день протягом 14 днів, після цього потрібно додати Бедаквілін на решту інтенсивної фази з частотою 3 рази в 7 днів. </span>

Для коректного відображення даного призначення в «Контролі прийому препаратів», **датою початку** прийому повинен бути **понеділок**, у прикладі це 04.09.</span>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Якщо<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Ви вказуєте тривалість прийому в днях, то рекомендуємо обирати наступні значення: 14, 21, 28 … 161, 168 і так далі. </span>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Якщо вказувати тривалість прийому в тижнях, то виникнення даної помилки технічно неможливе.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">При цьому необхідно орієнтуватися, щоб дата планового завершення прийому була максимально наближена до необхідіної.</span>

> Передумовою для отримання доступу на нозологію ТБ є отриманий доступ до картки і створена амбулаторна картка від Вашого закладу.

**Якщо відсутня вкладка "Випадки ТБ", то необхідно:**   
  
1\. Створити "Первинне обстеження ТБ" (навіть, якщо вже є створене)
